* Introduced the optional *color* parameter to
:class:`argparse.ArgumentParser`, enabling color for help text.
This can be controlled via the :envvar:`PYTHON_COLORS` environment
variable as well as the canonical |NO_COLOR|_
and |FORCE_COLOR|_ environment variables.
