removeprefix() and removesuffix() not appearing in String Methods Summary

The "Text and Binary Sequence Type Methods Summary" section did not include the removeprefix() and removesuffix() functions, which were present later on in the "String Methods" section and the "Bytes and Bytearray Operations" section

This issue can be closed because:

The issue has been fixed for Python >= 3.14.
This hasn't been back-ported to Python <= 3.13 because the summary table has been introduced in Python 3.14 docs.
