www.pocoo.org's TLS certificate expired in July 2025, so the "A Pocoo project" logo sent visitors to a browser warning. Keep the logo and wording, add alt text, and remove the extra closing </a>. Fixes pygments#3321

Fixes #3321.
https://www.pocoo.org/still presents a TLS certificate that expired on 2025-07-15, so the "A Pocoo project" logo on https://pygments.org/ sent visitors to a browser warning. The same markup also had a stray closing</a>and two<img>tags withoutalt. This keeps the logo and wording, removes the dead link, sets
alt="Pocoo"on the logo (so the sentence still reads as "A Pocoo project"), and uses an emptyalton the decorative GitHub icon next to the existing "GitHub" text.
