@RichiH — small docs-only fix.

A few in-page links on prometheus.io point at heading ids that don't exist on the rendered pages, so clicking them just leaves you at the top of the page. I checked each target against the ids on the live site:

  • instrumenting/exposition_formats.md: #text-format-details → #details (the "Details" subsection of the text format)
  • guides/multi-target-exporter.md: exposition_formats/#text-format-example → exposition_formats/#example
  • specs/native_histograms.md:
    • #open-metrics → #openmetrics
    • #limit-bucket-count-and-resolution → #limiting-bucket-count-and-resolution
    • #limit-the-bucket-count → #limiting-the-bucket-count (2 places)
  • guides/node-exporter.md: the "via tarball" text linked to #tarball-installation, but there's no such section; the tarball steps are the code block right below it, so I removed the self-link and kept the text.

No content changes beyond the link targets.

Several links pointed at heading ids that no longer exist:

- exposition_formats: #text-format-details -> #details
- multi-target-exporter: #text-format-example -> #example
- native_histograms: #open-metrics -> #openmetrics,
  #limit-bucket-count-and-resolution -> #limiting-bucket-count-and-resolution,
  #limit-the-bucket-count -> #limiting-the-bucket-count
- node-exporter: drop the self-link to a missing #tarball-installation
  section; the tarball steps follow directly below.
