Add tron-nightly: nightly TronBrowser installs/users email 
Counts outside curl installs (install.sh fetches in dev2 nginx minus our
boxes), GitHub release download deltas, Chocolatey/AUR, and tronbrowser's
own users table with our and QA accounts split out. Mails all@profullstack.com.
