Newer PHPStan no longer reports a few errors that were suppressed, which makes the stale ignores fail the build (ignore.unmatched*). Remove them and require PHPStan ^2.2.16 so the result is deterministic. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
