A few updates to some
.gitignores. I was trying to clean up the output I get fromgit status, which led to this minor bit of cleanup.Some of this is just stuff that resides on my machine, but I don't think it is a problem to ignore it worldwide.
No changes to code; no changes to tests. Should be trivial to review. If not reviewed in 1 week (August 1) I'll merge it myself.
