Bumps the version to 0.1.0-alpha.10. The existing v0.1.0-alpha.9 tag points to f84266d and its release was built with the alpha.8 version, so this release carries today's changes under a fresh number: sprites drawn where their constructor puts them, Ctrl+C/X/V in the stage designer, API help opens the reference without a word at the caret, costumes from the code fill their panel, the cat returns to the start page, File > Recent projects, tab context menu (close others/all) and a Files tree that follows the open tab.
scripts/test.sh(unit, smoke, integration) passed locally. After merging, thev0.1.0-alpha.10tag starts the release build.
