Resolves #7843

If an index tuple needs to be partially reconstructed by array analysis, then for the unmodified parts, use the original variables used in the tuple.

…variable in the corresponding position in the original indexing tuple. This was previously incorrectly using a size variable in that position.
…for_indices, modify the code to also find and accept parfor_index aliases, e.g., i = parfor_index.219.
