The failing build job numba_linux-64_wheel_builder/linux-64-test (py 3.11, np .126) is failing due to a segfault in numba.tests.test_parallel_backend.TestSpecificBackend.test_random_concurrent_mix_use_tbb. I don't recall seeing this test fail in this way for a long time. Is this expected or at least known?

Thanks for the patch. I checked the cherry-pick locally via replaying the 5791d2c merge onto release0.65 and the only additive difference is in the release notes and support table (the subtractive difference removes the town crier snippet as expected). The release notes and support table are as expected, one minor comment to look at, but the docs seem to render ok with the RST as-is.

This has been seen before, but I agree with you, I don't have the exact numbers, but I "feel" that the frequency with which it surfaces has decreased. I have opened an issue: #10563 -- to track any failures moving forward.
