netactuate.cloud manages NetActuate cloud resources through the Python client. It replaces the
retired netactuate.compute 1.x collection rather than extending its API v1 module surface.
The collection is versioned as 2.0.0 and starts with the resource families used by the Terraform
provider: servers, VPCs, VPC gateway rules, storage buckets, DNS zones and records, NKE clusters,
and BGP sessions. It also includes an inventory plugin that lists account servers.
Every module is idempotent. A second run with the same desired state reports changed: false.
Every module supports check_mode.
Authentication uses NETACTUATE_API_KEY unless api_key is passed directly. api_url can be set
for non-production endpoints.
