I delete all our old custom setup for Emscripten, since cibuildwheel now supports it natively. We can only build Python 3.14 wheel howeevr (not Python 3.13) because of ast-serialize (see comment I added in config for more details on why).

Very exciting to see! Thank you for working on this. I don't have time to test the generated wheels, but I look forward to experimenting with them soon!
