[MiniEngine] Add a method to convert to h3d from ModelData structure #940

It would be useful if there was a method to convert .mini files into .h3d files. The h3d file format spec isn’t publicly available and no modeling software exports to it outside of HyperView; which is also not publicly available without a costly license.
