Bug fixes

• Preferences a Qt app writes under its own name, such as Raspberry Pi Imager's, are no longer listed as leftovers while the app is installed.
• Command-line tools installed outside Homebrew now own their folders in ~/.cache, ~/.config and ~/.local/share.
• Apps shipped inside another app's node_modules, such as Codex Computer Use inside ChatGPT, are recognised, so their caches and preferences are no longer listed.
• The node-gyp cache is no longer a leftover while node is installed.
