如需定制贵公司的专属版本（组织名称、绩效模型、评估维度等），请下载 src/ 文件夹：

1. 下载 src/engine.js（中文版）或 src/engine.en.js（英文版）
2. 下载 src/build_platform.js（中文版构建脚本）或 src/build_platform.en.js（英文版构建脚本）
3. 用文本编辑器修改 engine.js 中的配置、题目、文案
4. 运行 node src/build_platform.js 重新生成成品 HTML

To customize for your organization (org name, performance model, assessment dimensions, etc.), download the src/ folder:

1. Download src/engine.en.js (English) or src/engine.js (Chinese)
2. Download the matching build script (build_platform.en.js / build_platform.js)
3. Edit the configuration, questions, and text in a code editor
4. Run node src/build_platform.en.js to rebuild the HTML

A standardized talent review tool for enterprise HR. Using the "Performance x Potential" 9-box model, combined with turnover risk early warning and succession planning, it helps organizations systematically identify high-potential talent, alert on attrition risk, and build management pipelines.

1. 项目主理人设置密码进入平台
2. 在「配置向导」配置组织信息与评估模型
3. 导入评估人员、被评估人员、关键岗位三类 CSV
4. 生成分发文件，通过邮件发给各评估人
5. 评估人完成评估、导出 CSV 回传
6. 项目主理人回收 CSV -> 九宫格 / 校准会 / 继任计划 / 报告

纯原生 JavaScript + HTML + CSS，零依赖、零框架、零后端。这是刻意的选择：保证可离线分发、零运维、可复制售卖。
