PR summary
This PR fixes a bug with the PGF backend where the linewidth and color for a patch's hatch pattern are not actually set, which means the linewidth/color are taken from the patch's stroke. Of course, this bug is easily missed when the hatch pattern is intended to have same linewidth/color as the stroke.
