I'm still trying to figure out why w.where(tf.notEqual(tensorY, predLabeledPreds), tf.zeros([nSamples])) at some point returns all NaNs

Debug steps

  • Before the code returns NaN s, see what you are getting from tf.zeros

Thoughts:

  • Resource limitation issue? e.g. memory
