Summary
Fix the GitLab CSV importer giving the highest-weight issues no priority.
normalizeWeightsmapped weights to0through4, with0for the highest weight. In Linear, priority0means "No priority", so the issues with the highest weight ended up unprioritized while the lowest weight became Low. When all issues share one weight, the importer already used1(Urgent), which shows the intended range starts at Urgent.Weights now map to
1(Urgent) through4(Low), and0stays reserved for issues without a weight.Testing
The new test imports GitLab CSV files with different weights and checks the priorities.
