…ypto de Node Le run #1290 de "Build Dev Branch" a échoué sur cloudSyncService.test.ts avec "OperationError: Cipher job failed" lors du déchiffrement. Le code de chiffrement n'a pas changé entre ce run et les suivants (tous verts) : c'est un flake connu du WebCrypto de Node sous exécution concurrente (nodejs/node#47723), pas un bug applicatif. Ajout d'un retry ciblé sur ce test pour absorber cette instabilité sans masquer une vraie régression.
