rtail 2.0.0-rc.2

The client is a Go binary. internal/client replaces cli/rtail-client.js:
same wire format, no Node runtime, and three bugs fixed rather than
carried — strict JSON goes out byte for byte, a line past 64KB no longer
ends the stream, and a line too large for a datagram is counted out loud
instead of vanishing.

npm still works. Six packages, one binary per platform, no postinstall.

rTail 2.0.0-rc.1

The first release candidate of v2: a Go server storing logs as Parquet
on local disk with a SQLite catalog, DuckDB for queries, rQL and SQL,
background compaction, four ingest protocols, and a log explorer.

Apache-2.0. Free software, no hosted service, nothing gated.

A release candidate because the release pipeline has never run before
this tag. Binaries and the container image are built here for the first
time; treat them as untested until somebody has run one.
