A generator for opcode so we don't have to redo it by hand as we advance to newer Python versions.
This version ignores all Specialized ("quickened") and instrumented opcodes as cpython only creates them at run time, so they never appear in the code objects we load (from .pyc files or marshal). Because of this I had to delete JUMP_BACKWARD_QUICK from CPython311Frame.java (but we weren't using it)
