"If robots generate all the world's wealth, every citizen must be a shareholder of automation."
"Se os robôs vão gerar toda a riqueza do mundo, cada cidadão deve ser acionista da automação."
🇧🇷 Português | 🇺🇸 English
Three of the greatest minds in technology agree on ONE thing. And almost nobody is talking about it.
| Visionary | Core Idea |
|---|---|
| Sam Altman (OpenAI) | Sovereign wealth funds backed by AI company equity — every citizen receives dividends |
| Bill Gates (Microsoft) | Tax the robots that replace humans — automation must fund society |
| Elon Musk (Tesla/SpaceX) | Universal Basic Income is mathematically inevitable — abundance makes it mandatory |
FSAD merges all three visions into a single, executable economic architecture.
Instead of taxing companies to death (killing innovation) OR letting the State go bankrupt funding UBI (creating debt crises), FSAD transforms citizens into shareholders of the automation economy.

When a company automates human jobs, instead of paying a punitive tax in cash, it issues priority shares (a fraction of its market cap) to FSAD. No liquidity drain. The more AI makes the company grow, the more the fund — and therefore every citizen — prospers.
FSAD is self-financing. As the tech sector grows, the fund's equity portfolio appreciates, generating dividends that fund UBI without a single cent of government debt. The State acts as custodian, not debtor.
Distribution happens in TWO tracks:
- 💰 Direct Dividend — A monthly cash amount for basic dignity (food, shelter).
- 🎫 Abundance Credits — Free access to AI-automated services: healthcare, autonomous transport, AI education, clean energy. When production costs drop to near-zero, the fund buys these services in bulk and distributes them.
The greatest danger of UBI is NOT laziness — it's psychological enslavement. If AI makes everything free, the last "scarce" resource becomes human attention. The risk: people receiving UBI just to stare at algorithmically-optimized screens, trapped in infinite dopamine loops.
FSAD's countermeasures:
| Problem | FSAD Solution |
|---|---|
| Data Exploitation | Citizens OWN their biometric and behavioral data. Big Tech must pay RENT directly to each citizen for using their data. |
| Dopamine Traps | FSAD rewards REAL human engagement — community care, youth mentorship, environmental work, arts, sports, local science. Not mandatory labor, but highly rewarded human contribution. |
| Digital Identity | Decentralized, self-sovereign identity — NOT corporate-owned (no Worldcoin iris-scan monopoly). |
Run the simulation to see the model in action:
python fsad_simulator.pyBase scenario (conservative):
- 200M adult citizens covered
- $2T initial fund (equity from Big Tech founding members)
- 5% annual real growth + 2% new automation contributions
- Year 10: $538/year per citizen ($45/month cash + abundance credits)
- Year 20: $722/year per citizen ($60/month)
- Year 30: $971/year per citizen ($81/month)
Optimistic scenario (acceleration):
- 8% real growth + 4% automation contributions
- Year 10: $864/year per citizen ($72/month)
- Year 20: $1,864/year per citizen ($155/month)
- Year 30: $4,025/year per citizen ($335/month)
💡 The power is in the compounding. As AI accelerates, so does the fund. Every citizen rides the exponential curve.

The question is not WHETHER AI will replace most human jobs. The question is WHO will own the robots.
FSAD answers: ALL OF US.
This is an OPEN proposal. Economists, developers, policymakers, activists, and citizens — contribute.
