All three test:mri:stdlib jobs fail with this update, so there's something else to look at. Tests probably could use an update but shouldn't be too far behind. |

lots of compatibility and new (missing)
OpenSSLfeatures added.a considerable change, besides the changes in JOSSL itself, is the swap to using BC-JSSE as the SSL engine.
there seems to be a (new) hang, which seems like a regression in the 0.19.x line:UPDATE: resolved with the updates in 0.19.2
