feat!: Stream incremental changes directly to the collection view (#30)

This change introduces `CollectionViewStreamingCollection` and
`CollectionViewProxy` to allow incremental updates to be directly
streamed to the hosted collection view instance. This obviates the need
to diff the collection when performing updates and significantly
improves performance when handling large amounts of data.
