Description

The presentation format parser for SVCB (RR type 64) and HTTPS (RR type 65) records in
hickory-proto panics on a malformed alpn service parameter value. This can be triggered by unbalanced quotes, two consecutive commas, invalid escapes, and other issues. Systems that parse untrusted zone files may be vulnerable to denial of service attacks.
