Add rocket social icon linking to instructions.md in Astro Starlight docs - #940

Adds a rocket social icon to the documentation site navigation that links directly to the raw GitHub URL of the instructions.md file. This provides users with quick access to the comprehensive GitHub Agentic Workflows instructions from the documentation site.

Changes Made

• Updated docs/astro.config.mjs to include a new rocket social icon in the social array
• The rocket icon appears in the top navigation bar with the label "Instructions"
• Links to: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/githubnext/gh-aw/main/pkg/cli/templates/instructions.md

Implementation Details

The rocket icon follows Astro Starlight's standard social icon configuration pattern:
