Summary

Updated the 🌍 Community Contributions section in README.md with latest community contributor data.

Changes

Attribution Strategy

This update follows the five-tier attribution strategy for community-labeled issues:

  1. Tier 0 (Direct issues): Issues closed as COMPLETED by maintainers — no PR linkage needed
  2. Tier 1 (Native close references): GitHub's "closed by" keywords in merged PRs
  3. Tier 2 (PR body keywords): Standard closing keywords (close, fix, resolve) in PR descriptions
  4. Tier 3 (Follow-up chains): Indirect linkage through related/split issues — requires agent MCP lookup
  5. Tier 4 (Ambiguous candidates): Issues with no confirmed PR linkage, flagged for maintainer review

Community Attribution Note

The two Tier 3 candidates were closed as NOT_PLANNED:

These are documented in the wiki for maintainer review. The 2 candidates remain unresolved until maintainers confirm their status or discover transitive PR linkage.
