[instructions] Reduce recompile-taxonomy duplication in update prompt 
Collapse the re-listed frontmatter-vs-body recompilation taxonomy in
update-agentic-workflow.md, which already declares workflow-editing.md as
the source of truth. The same field list lived in both files.
