Headers any is used for MCP server header config in pkg/workflow/frontmatter_types.go:252,289 and pkg/parser/import_observability.go:18, even though every consumer treats it as a string map: pkg/workflow/tools_parser.go:717 builds the equivalent headers field as make(map[string]string), and tools_types.go/observability_otlp.go consume HTTP headers as map[string]string elsewhere in the same package. The any typing forces a type assertion at every call site for no actual dynamism.
Expected Impact
Removes a pointless any→concrete-type assertion at every consumer, and makes "HTTP headers" a single consistent shape across the whole config surface (frontmatter, observability imports, tools).
