Description

The Jupyter MCP server config hardcodes JUPYTER_TOKEN: ${{ github.run_id }} in two places (.github/workflows/shared/mcp/jupyter.md:8 and :21). github.run_id is a predictable, sequential, publicly-visible value (its the same ID in the run's own Actions URL), so the Jupyter server's auth token is guessable by anyone who can see the run URL — effectively no authentication for the duration of the job.

Expected Impact

Closes an easy-to-guess-credential gap on a server that exposes code-execution tools; brings this server in line with the other secret-backed MCP servers in the same directory (which use real GitHub secrets).
