Build under test: gh-aw v0.88.7+ (local, commit 56386d7). 20 repositories selected by star count
from lock-file discovery; sequential clone → compile --strict → fix --write → recompile.

identical (same repos, same root cause) to the 2026-09-28 run:

py-why/dowhy, microsoft/mcp, drasi-project/drasi-platform, Azure/azure-sdk-for-rust,
NikiforovAll/keycloak-authorization-services-dotnet. engine: codex+tools.bashallow-listing (2 repos, guided-error codemod exists but always
requires manual fix by design): OtterMind/Chat2DB, pockebot/openpocket.pull_request_targetcheckout codemod gap (1 repo): elastic/kibana — the
add-checkout-false-for-pull-request-targetcodemod fixed 8/9 files but skips
flaky-fix-verifier.md, which combinespull_request_targetwithissue_comment+
workflow_dispatchin oneon:block.- Unknown GitHub tool
