The Actions plugin currently emits
warning:: ...(and similar prefixes), which lacks the leading::required for GitHub Actions workflow commands. These messages appear as ordinary log output rather than annotations. CRITICAL also maps to the unsupportedcriticalcommand.Emit the complete command prefix and map CRITICAL to
error. Adds formatted-output regression coverage for all five standard log levels and bumps the patch version as required by the contribution guide.Validation: 81 tests pass with 100% coverage; Ruff and Pyright pass. All five new cases fail before the fix.
