   @forki I did some further investigations. Apparently this is not only a problem with NUnit but with references for Windows 8.1 projects in general. Here's a demo project with a couple of paket references (NUnit, FluentAssertions, Rx-Main) none of which show up in Visual Studio:

   Nice. Will need to make a couple of fixes and then I can release it.
   Was harder than expected.
