docs: fix two broken in-page anchors (AWS integration, Helm use case) - #2678

- integrations/aws.md links to #for-eks-pod-identity, but the section is titled "With EKS Pod Identity" (#with-eks-pod-identity). - use-cases/helm.md links to the "Refer to values in ConfigMaps generated with Kustomize" section of the Helm guide, which was replaced by "Reacting immediately to changes in referenced Secrets and ConfigMaps" in df52250. Two internal links point at anchors that don't exist anymore:
flux/integrations/aws.md: the trust-policy paragraph links to#for-eks-pod-identity, but the section is### With EKS Pod Identity, so the anchor is#with-eks-pod-identity.flux/use-cases/helm.md: links toguides/helmreleases.md#refer-to-values-in-configmaps-generated-with-kustomize. That section was replaced by "Reacting immediately to changes in referenced Secrets and ConfigMaps" in df52250 (thereconcile.fluxcd.io/watchlabel change), so I pointed the link there since it's the current way to trigger an upgrade when values change.Both are one-line link changes, no content changes.
