Refresh ui/ and sdk/python/feast/ui/ yarn.lock files via yarn upgrade, pin packages that break Jest or Node 16 (js-yaml, fast-uri, msw, rettime, @types/jest, expect, node-releases), ignore engines in the example UI for Dockerfile.dev Node 16, and apply Prettier formatting.
