Added a new option `injectCssAndJs` that allows you to disable the embedded external css that blocks the rendering half ways completely or injecting it to the head to every file instead.

And added the following virtual modules

- `virtual:astro-expressive-code/styles.css`
- `virtual:astro-expressive-code/scripts.js`
