Description

Adds https://api.sandboxes-cloud.docker.com to the Docker Desktop allowlist, labelled as Docker Offload.

Docker Offload on sandboxes calls the Sandboxes API on this host, so organizations behind a restrictive firewall need to allow it alongside api.offload.docker.com. Offload ships with Docker Desktop, so the Desktop allowlist is where admins look for its domains. The Docker Sandboxes FAQ already mentions the same host for cloud operations.

Docker Offload on sandboxes talks to the Sandboxes API, so firewalled Desktop users need this host allowed alongside api.offload.docker.com.
