There should be both a conda.txt and pip.txt

For some reason the diff isn't showing the file properly, but conda.txt isn't empty.

From what I can tell there's only three conda packages, numpy, diffpy.pdffit2, and diffpy.structure. Is there anything else I need to add?

File renamed without changes.
