@dev.fast/diffr/binarywithensureBinaryso Node consumers can install verified lean/full executables without invoking the CLI. Cache editions separately by version/target, coalesce identical in-process requests, and verify installed executable hashes before offline reuse. The CLI reuses the installer and retains its optional-download behavior.Validation: 13 binary-fetch behavior tests and TypeScript typecheck pass, including checksum failures, missing entries, Windows/Linux ARM64 acquisition contracts and corrupt-cache repair. Native Windows execution and release publication are not included.
