Todo list: Create a new release

Make sure to complete every step correctly before going to the next step.
- go to the develop branch:
git checkout develop - run unittests located at
deephyper/tests/with:
$ pytest
- run doctests located at
deephyper/docs/with:
$ make doctest
- check the
deephyper/__version__.py, editVERSIONand__version_suffix__ - start the git flow release branch:
$ git flow release start <version>
- end the release:
$ EDITOR=vim git flow release finish <version>
- push commits and tags:
$ git push origin --tags
- make sure to be on the correct branch/tag
- build and publish the wheel to
https://test.pypi.org/:python setup.py testupload - try to install the wheel upload to Test PyPI:
python setup.py testinstall - build and publish the wheel to
https://pypi.org/:python setup.py upload - try to install the wheel upload to PyPI:
pip install deephyper==$VERSION
If you want to print available DeepHyper modules:
module avail 2>&1 | grep deephyper
If you have write permissions to the /soft/datascience/Deephyper directory you can create a new module with:
export DH_VERSION=v0.1.0-beta0
/soft/datascience/Deephyper/deploy.sh $DH_VERSION
