Hi there Waving hand I'm Daniel Cueto

Software Engineer · Fintech & Blockchain · Educator

Building financial software; Shipping on-chain products; Teaching what I learn; Connecting finance, code, and people

I like software most when it moves real value, makes trust visible, and leaves behind something others can learn from.

🧭 A little about me

  • 🏦 I build software for banking, payments, remittances, and financial services.
  • ⛓️ I develop on-chain applications and smart contracts with Solidity and Foundry.
  • 🌱 I love learning by building and sharing what works—and what doesn't.
  • 🧑‍🏫 I'm a former university teaching assistant in compilers, formal languages, programming, and AI.
  • 🤝 I help grow the local Ethereum developer community.

When I'm not writing code, you'll usually find me teaching, organizing community activities, or turning a new idea into a side project.

🔁 The build loop I try to follow

Understand the system → Build something useful → Test it in the real world → Share what I learned ↺

🚀 Things I've built

  • Parmelia Wallet — An on-chain wallet designed to make everyday payments feel simple.
  • Pasacoin — Brings the pasanaku, a traditional rotating savings circle, to crypto.
  • Recorr Hook — A Uniswap v4 hook for cross-border stablecoin couriers.
  • Impact Fee — A Uniswap v4 hook that turns DeFi trading fees into social impact.
  • Vigia — A decentralized app for censorship-resistant and anonymous city incident reports. Source code.
  • Kit Digital — A support-book PWA that helps young people access information about their rights. Source code.
