Fixes #483.

Frontmatter name "Comment Sicko" registers on Grok as pstack:Comment Sicko, and spawn_subagent rejects the spaced id (while pstack:poteto-agent works). Renames the agent id to comment-sicko, matching the existing no-space convention, and points the two machine-read spawn references at it (no-comments SKILL.md step 1, pstack README). Prose mentions and the markdown heading stay as display text.

Note

Low Risk
Documentation and agent metadata only; no runtime application logic, with behavior unchanged aside from fixing subagent spawn compatibility.

Overview
Renames the Comment Sicko subagent’s machine id from "Comment Sicko" to comment-sicko so Grok can spawn it (spawn_subagent rejects spaced ids; this matches the poteto-agent convention).

Updates the agent frontmatter name, the /no-comments step that sets subagent_type, and the README spawn example. Display prose (headings, “Comment Sicko” in copy) is unchanged.
