Patch handling of recursive variants containing other recursive
variants.

This patch fixes the handling of rva::variants that are members of
other rva::variants, ensuring that rva::variant remains a non-leaky
abstraction

Updated documentation and renamed repository

This commit renames the repository to codeinred/recursive-variant, which will be the final name for the project. The documentation was updated correspondingly, and the version of the project was increased to 0.9.2.
