Implements #628.
Questions from there:

This leaves me with a few implementation questions.

How would the arguments be laid out in memory?

Starting from 0x4000, separated by 0 bytes.

What system would be emulated, if any?

None.

If not, how should I/O work?

Input as above, output is read from 0x8000 after the 6502 jams and ends at a 0 byte.

Should the program be evaluated in real-time according to the emulated system, or would it be emulated in a sort of turbo mode?

Turbo mode. (My fastest solution to 𝑒 which doesn't use a lot of hardcoding takes ~47 million cycles, and no real 6502 could get anywhere near that in 5 seconds.)
