This commit allows filtering home cards based on their solution status, i.e. whether they are solved or not. Experimental languages are included.

For example, hiding already completed holes for Python would look like this in dark mode:

In the background, you can see that only what we requested remains.

The next commit enables filtering by category.

Can it be filtered to only show experimental holes?

Yes, that's possible, but the ideas page already does that. Besides, I wouldn't be able to sell that either.

I've started over and am leaving the categories as they are for now,
because it's all much harder than I thought, but super fun.
I'm still struggling with a small issue here: only my new setting is
remembered when navigating via the shortcut buttons. That should be
resolved soon, though, as it took a remarkably long time for the
navigation to start working, not to mention how frustrating CSS can be
sometimes.
It goes without saying that they may only use the potentially filtered
home cards. In principle this also applies to "Random", but that is
still in development.
The shortcuts only saved the new settings, but I now know why and will
try to restore them for better usability.

The "Prev" and "Next" buttons on hole pages now respect almost all the
settings on the homepage and switch between holes based on those
settings. Unfortunately, they also do this on table pages, but those
also contain filters, so that still needs to be addressed.
The new settings should only apply to the home and hole pages, i.e. they
should be ignored on "/rankings" and "/recent".

This is what I mean by the shortcuts I mentioned in earlier commits:

Very convenient. That and the "Random" button and it's done.
