--output text|jsontocloudquery upgrade check, which emits every report (source versions, destination and its write, primary key and migrate modes, verdicts with actions, table and column findings with source and destination types, evidence and coverage gaps) as one JSON document built from the same verdict and coverage gap logic as the text report, with JSON goldens for the RFC cases and plugin download messages sent to stderr so stdout stays valid JSON.Fixes https://linear.app/env-zero/issue/ATH-945/add-output-json-to-cloudquery-upgrade-check
