Implements the plugin-sdk
Assessorin the SQLite destination, classifying each change with the same type mapping and auto-migration rulesmigrateuses, for safe and forced modes and without opening a database file, and, unlike PostgreSQL, also reports source type changes that SQLite stores as the same type (such as Datadogtagsgoing fromlist<string>tojson,texton both sides) as No destination schema change so the report still shows their SQLite types.Fixes https://linear.app/env-zero/issue/ATH-957/assess-sqlite-impact-from-its-type-mappings-and-migration-rules
