A Claude Code plugin that helps you build frontend UI components the modern way: research pitfalls and native platform features before planning, design for WCAG accessibility from the start, then verify the approach against trusted sources; Wes Bos chief among them.
Named after the "Sick Picks" segment on Syntax, because the goal is to pick the sickest modern approach.

When you ask Claude Code to build a UI component, layout, or interaction, this skill:
- Explores your codebase for existing patterns to reuse.
- Researches the current-best, ideally native approach and its accessibility pitfalls.
- Designs for keyboard, focus management, and screen readers from the start.
- Verifies the approach against Wes Bos and trusted sources (MDN, web.dev, CSS-Tricks, Smashing, Frontend Masters).
- Plans, implements, and verifies while showing its sources.
Framework-agnostic: React, Vue, Svelte, Angular, Tailwind, web components, or just plain HTML and CSS.
This is a fan-made tribute, not affiliated with or endorsed by Wes Bos. I'm just a fan of his work, go read wesbos.com and listen to Syntax.
