Add Aevral (AI security review for pull requests) - #798

Adds Aevral to the plugin list.

• What it does: AI security review for pull requests. Aevral reviews each PR for access control, business logic, injection, XSS, SSRF, path traversal, unsafe deserialization, token and session flaws, and LLM-integration risks, with a suggested fix you apply. Reviews run server-side in the Aevral GitHub App; the skill never reviews code locally and never blocks a merge.
