The `fullTemplateTypeCheck` compiler option was removed, but the guide still described a "full mode" controlled by it and suggested setting it to `false` as a last resort. Describe the two remaining modes (basic and strict) based on `strictTemplates`, which is enabled by default.

Issue Number: N/A
The template type checking guide still describes three modes, including a "full mode" controlled by
fullTemplateTypeCheck.It also suggests setting
fullTemplateTypeCheck: falseas a last resort, even though that option was removed in #67792. The update guide already mentions its removal. What is the new behavior?
The guide now describes the two modes currently supported by the compiler: basic (
strictTemplates: false) and strict (the default). The checks previously listed under full mode are now included under strict mode. The
*ngForexample and troubleshooting section no longer refer to full mode, and thestrictLiteralTypesrow no longer mentionsfullTemplateTypeCheck.Does this PR introduce a breaking change?

I checked
getTypeCheckingConfig()inpackages/compiler-cli/src/ngtsc/core/src/compiler.ts. It currently has two configurations, selected bystrictTemplates, which defaults totrue.
